Veterans can download the Redsix app and alert their mates to their current headspace.

Lifeline

The Lifeline telephone service is available to everyone, Australia wide 24/7.

They offer short-term support for people who may be feeling overwhelmed or experiencing difficulty coping with their life circumstances.

Their support is 100% confidential, by trained Lifeline crisis supporters.

Crisis support will listen without judgement, provide a safe space to discuss your circumstance and work with you to explore options for support.

If you aren't up to speaking over the phone, Lifeline offers online or text support. Which is available through their website.
