We are building a digital program that teaches veterans and civilians alike, how to implement 8 core principles of health and lifestyle. This research based app is designed to reduce anxiety and help you & your workforce, get motivated and be better at life.
These have all been proven to reduce anxiety and increase positive outlook in their own respective studies. Swiss 8 combines these principles into a holistic model and teaches the users to incorporate them into a daily routine.
The Fitness principle will provide the user with a personal workout program. Days per week, style of training, skill level and intensity will all be customised to suit the users principle specific goals. The programing will be laid out on the scheduling calendar to assist the user in maintaining routine. Gamification and progress tracking will ensure the user stays motivated and personally accountable for their own success.
All principles will follow this structure. They will also have progressive challenges to keep users interested and to provide competition within groups and workplaces.
Swiss 8 will have a research focus before and during the app roll out. The aim will be to prove the program as an effective intervention for people with anxiety and adjustment disorder. Data will be studied with the intent to prove the program is also an effective corporate health initiative.
With user permission, the anonymous user data can be recorded to show individuals and employers the effectiveness of the program at improving employee mental health and optimising corporate productivity.
